Cindy Ciocco
Hello, my name is Cindy Ciocco. My husband, Tom, and I are the VERY PROUD owners of InQuiring Minds Learning Center. We have two wonderful children; Marina is 20 and Tommy is 18. They both attended InQuiring Minds as infants and young children and I’m so proud of their accomplishments and the SMART START they received from the program. In January of 2003, my dream of owning a high-quality early learning center became a reality. We are extremely proud of our staff (many of whom have been with us since our inception). I have dedicated my life and career to Early Childhood, Pre-School, and young children. I hold a Master’s Degree from Rutgers in Educational Leadership and have my New Jersey State Principal License for administration in schools. I also am a Nationally Certified Trauma Consultant/Supervisor. I have worked in this field for over 25 years and could not imagine doing anything else. Currently I work for the public school system and recently published my first book on trauma and young children. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our program and consider it an honor to serve you and your children. Thank you for choosing InQuiring Minds!

Ms. Oehler
Hello, my name is Nancy Oehler and I am the manager of both the InQuiring Minds School Age Child Care and Inquiring Minds Summer Camp program. I have been working for Inquiring Minds Inc. for 11 years. Throughout this time I have had the opportunity to see families and children get the whole Inquiring Minds experience from being with me during infancy in the Little Sprouts room to currently attending the Inquiring Minds SACC program and summer camp.
Personally, my husband, Michael and I have raised three daughters. Our daughter Brooke is a fifth grade teacher and just completed her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an Administration specialization. She lives in Frederick, MD with her husband, Collin and yellow lab, Flint. Brianna is studying to be a sleep apnea technician. She lives in Pine Hill with her two chocolate labs, Brio and Nova. Brittany is currently a junior at Rowan University working towards her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education.
My family and I have been very active in the Waterford Township community with everything from school involvement to community events, coaching and volunteering. I am passionate about my role within InQuiring Minds and as a member of Waterford Township. I’m thankful for the opportunity to work with you and your children, and look forward to making our programs the best they can be!

Hello! My name is Ms. Shannon and I am the Director at InQuiring Minds! I am 26 years old & live locally in Berlin, NJ. I have been here for over five years and I love every minute! I am married to my amazing husband, Mark! I have a beautiful baby girl Maggie, two nephews, Carter and SJ, and one niece, Haylee. I attended Rutgers School of Business and graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. In the future, I hope to own my own learning center. My weekends I spend watching football, reading, and spending time with family and friends! My staff says I am the hardest person to find in the mornings, but I am always available to talk! The best part of my day is seeing the children’s happy & smiling faces!

Hello! My name is Ms. Donna! I am the teacher in the SunShine Room and working towards obtaining my CDA. I’ve been married to my husband, Chuck, and we have three daughters, Amber, Amanda & Tiffany, and four grandchildren. I enjoy puzzles, bingo, long walks, gardening, and spending time with my grandkids! I am blessed to be able to work in a center where everyone is treated like family! Seeing the children’s smiling faces and knowing I make a difference in their life is my passion! I am available any time if you have questions! Please do not hesitate to ask!

Hello, my name is Patty Seiler, but everyone calls me Ms. Patty! I have worked in early childhood education for over 25 years! I worked as a Preschool Teacher at InQuiring Minds before retiring in 2005. Now I help out in any classroom that I can! I am married to a wonderful man, Gregg, for over 45 years. I have two children, Ms. Nancy, who you see at the Waterford SACC program, and Sonny. I have three grandchildren, Brooke, Brianna, and Brittany. I have lived in Waterford Township for over 50 years! Outside of teaching, I enjoy my “Red Hatters” group, visiting casinos, and spending time with my family. If you ever have questions, please feel free to see me!
