Cindy Ciocco
Hello, my name is Cindy Ciocco. My husband, Tom, and I are the VERY PROUD owners of InQuiring Minds Learning Center. We have two wonderful children; Marina is 20 and Tommy is 18. They both attended InQuiring Minds as infants and young children and I’m so proud of their accomplishments and the SMART START they received from the program. In January of 2003, my dream of owning a high-quality early learning center became a reality. We are extremely proud of our staff (many of whom have been with us since our inception). I have dedicated my life and career to Early Childhood, Pre-School, and young children. I hold a Master’s Degree from Rutgers in Educational Leadership and have my New Jersey State Principal License for administration in schools. I also am a Nationally Certified Trauma Consultant/Supervisor. I have worked in this field for over 25 years and could not imagine doing anything else. Currently I work for the public school system and recently published my first book on trauma and young children. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our program and consider it an honor to serve you and your children. Thank you for choosing InQuiring Minds!
Director
Ms. Goins
I am absolutely thrilled to introduce myself as the new Director at InQuiring Minds. I come to
you with over 15 years of experience in childhood services, and my absolute top priorities will always be your child's well-being, safety, and education. I am deeply dedicated to fostering young minds and ensuring our center is a joyful, secure, and vibrant place where your little ones feel loved and excited to learn every single day. To support this mission, I hold a BA in English from Rowan University, which fuels my passion for early literacy and open communication with families, as well as a Master of Science from PCOM in Non-Profit Leadership and Population Health, which provides me with the administrative tools to keep our center running smoothly with a strong focus on community health and safety protocols.
When I’m not at the center, I love staying active and exploring the world around me. You can
usually find me outdoors hiking with my dog, going for a swim, or curled up with a great book, and I also have a big passion for cooking, trying out new foods, and traveling. I believe that keeping my own sense of curiosity alive helps me bring a creative, energetic, and open minded spirit into our childcare environment. My door is always open, and I cannot wait to meet each of you and your wonderful children, so please feel free to stop by, say hello, and chat anytime!

Hi All! My name is Melissa, but you’ll usually hear the kiddos here calling me Ms. Lissa or referencing me to one of my children’s moms! My children: Briella, Grace, Harper, and George all attend IQ! I have four other children, Nathan, Stephanie, Joshua, and Melina- they are either working or attending high school! I started at IQ teaching the toddlers in Comfy Clouds, now I am the Director of the SACC & Summer Camp Programs!! Growing up, I dreamed of being a nurse, but now that I am a mom, working with my kids has to be the biggest blessing there is! Fun Fact about me? I used to cheer and coach cheerleading! My favorite food is Chicken Alfredo and my favorite restaurant is Filomena Cucina Rustica. I enjoy Big Bang Theory & spending time with my family and friends at parking and enjoying the outdoors! Please stop and chat if you ever see me!
